Software Engineer

  • Troubleshoots common problems and works with the corporate helpdesk and vendors to resolve issues.
  • Maintains and troubleshoot IP PABX system; maintaining close cooperation with engineering team and support vendors whenever required.
  • Monitors domain controller, applications servers, computer security, bandwidth and network.
  • Works with venders to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Installs & configures new hardware/software.
  • Maintains current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources.
  • Ability to provide effective and efficient off-site phone support whenever required.
  • Gives personal attention, takes personal responsibility, and uses teamwork when providing guest service.
  • Performs other duties required to provide the service brand behavior and genuine hospitality.
  • Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company. Policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
